In an effort to preserve the wildlife in Missouri, we believe that waiting for Deer to reach peak maturity allows us to do our part in preserving the Deer and game population. Our Hunting Preserve allows the finest, mature animals to produce offspring and help restore the game population.
Prior to the fall of 2004, High Mountain Whitetails was extensively managed for mature Bucks. Since its enclosure, no Hunting, with the exception of a few doe Hunts, had taken place. However, beginning in the fall of 2004, Buck Hunting began in an effort to help control the large game population. High Mountain Whitetails offers some of the best Hunting grounds because our Hunting Preserve supports and produces high quality, mature game.
High Mountain Whitetails prides itself in the ability to cater to a wide range of Hunters--young, elderly, or disabled. Our guides are well trained, and strive to help you harvest the size of Trophy you are looking for. Our number one goal is to provide our Hunters with a first-class experience. As an added bonus, we also have a herd of Rocky Mountain Elk roaming the preserve, with some of the bulls scoring between 380-400 B.C. Don't let this opportunity pass you by; contact us today and book your next Hunting Trip for mature Deer.
